Donnie covers himself with Golden Horse Glory

The 40th Golden Horse Awards ceremony takes place in Taiwan's ancient capital, Tainan, on Dec 13. Donnie takes out his first Golden Horse of the Best Action Choreography thanks to the fantastique works in "The Twins Effect". Besides, "The Twins effect" has also won the award of Best Visual Effects .

Black Rose 3 is currently underway
After "Twins effect", Donnie begins another project : "Black Rose 3 " by the end of November.This is a freewheeling riff on the ‘Black Rose’ Movie of 1992. In this new production Donnie is working as Main-Director as well as Action director. The cast includes : Twins, Ekin Cheung, Teresa Mo, etc. The film is expected be to completed before the chinese new year of 2004.

Donnie's "The Twins Effect" is nominated for the Best Action Choreography on the 40th Golden Horse Awards 2003.There are 3 movies nominated for this awards. Besides "The Twins Effect", the other two are Dion LAM's" Infernal Affairs "and LEE Tat Chiu's "Colour Of the Truth".
