Donnie as the Mercedes Benz Hong Kong Derby 2006 Ambassador
on The Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Derby 2006 Selections Announcement
,held on 15th March, at Happy Valley Racecourse.
Donnie also took photos with Mr. Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges
and, Mr. Ciaran Kennelly, Head of Handicapping, Race Planning & International
Racing, HKJC, with the Derby Trophy to wish a good success
of this event.

Donnie gives speech in Beijing University
 Donnie
has appeared at a speaking event at Beijing University on Sunday
13 March. He arrived with the full-copy of SPL and 10-minite
trailer of “Dragon Tiger Gate”. Donnie had also
a conversation with audience and Professor Li Dai Xin of Fine
Arts Department , the expert of Chinese Film History research,
in the subject of Kungfu movie and Wuxia movie. Donnie has
been honored with the title "Honorary Consultant" of
Beijing University at the event.

Evening Banquet of Dragon Tiger Gate
Donnie attends the evening banquet held in celebration of the film's
completion with other staffs. The shooting is completed and after-production
begins.
The film is scheduled to be released in theatre in July, 2006.

Donnie
attended the the Awards presentation ceremony of the 25th Hong
Kong Film Awards at the Hong Kong Coliseum on 8 April, crossing
the red carpet of Starlight Boulevard together with his wife
Cecilia. With SPL, Donnie is crowned his second Best Action
Choreography award.Sammo Hung and Kent Cheng presented the
award to Donnie.
The
Gate of Dragon and Tiger, created by media magnate Tony Wong
Yuk-long in the 1970s, was a milestone in the history of Hong
Kong comics.
