The mismatched buddies Chon Wang (Jackie Chan) and Roy O'Bannon (Owen Wilson) meet again. This time they make their way to England to find the killers of Wang's father, and in the process they save Wang's kidnapped sister, uncover a worldwide conspiracy to overthrow the Chinese and British empires, and kick everybody's ass.
